Greasemonkey Content

This section outlines some of my Greasemonkey scripts. What is Greasemonkey? It is an addon for Firefox (and Seamonkey) that allows you to create custom scripts for specific sites or even specific pages within sites.

To use any of my scripts listed below you will need to have Greasemonkey already installed. Please see the Greasemonkey Addon Page for details on getting it installed.

This script will bypasses the authentication crap and puts a straight download link on the download page

IGN Ad Skipper

This script will automatically click on to the next page when IGN presents an ad page instead of actual content.

Wiki Sponsored Links Hider

Some wiki sites have sponsor ad frames (Sponsored Links Module) at the bottom of their pages. This script will remove them by setting the divs to display:none.

Xbox.com Scaledown

After the November 2010 "update", the new xbox.com has huge font sizes, lots of spacing and really large banners. This script downscales it all and removes many of the useless banners. It also reduces many of the image sizes and lowers the font size as well.
